This App collects some personal data from users.

We take your privacy as seriously as you do, and because of that we take great care to collect only the information necessary to provide you the best product experience.

This policy describes what information we collect from you and how we use it to make the application work.

Failure to provide the necessary information when requested may result in failure to meet the objectives of the application.

Usage Data
Information is collected automatically from this application (or third party services employed by Taqway). This can includes: Location, IP addresses or domain names of the device utilized by user, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the server request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s answer, the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the user, the time details per visit (time spent on each page within the application) and the details about the path followed within the application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the user’s IT environment.

Location Information
Taqway is designed to inform you where your car are. To do that is necessary to collect data about your location. This data is collected from your device. While the application is running it transmits your location information. This allows us to show your location and the location of your car. If you are out of range of Taq or other users the application will show the last location that your car was seen. We may also collect and update location information from other users who are using Taqway application. We do this to provide the most recent and accurate location of your devices even if they are out of Bluetooth range. This information are fundamental to Taqway community to help the members find their lost or stolen cars. Your location information is never shared with other users unless your register your trusted users.

Storage and Transfer of Personal Information
Your Personal Data and files are stored on our servers or the servers of companies we hire to provide services to us. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access.

Registering for the mobile App
You will need to use a valid email address or phone number and a password to create an account for services on the application. You need also to pride your first and last name. When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion. We do not identify you personally to other users or give your account information to any third parties in any way that could identify you.

Pairing
When you pairing the Taq with the application, that Taq have a ID that will be associated to your account. If you choose the name of Taq or add an information for it, this information also will be associated to your account.
